Jeff's Philosophy

         Jeff truly believes that we all have the power within us to do anything we desire...IF we have the inner drive to do it. People that are happy, healthy and fit on a regular basis are not born that way. There are patterns of success and failure that as humans we can learn from in our own life, from our own experiences. If we choose to be successful, we will be. Everyone has the same opportunity at birth...we all have brains and the same amount of time, how we choose to use them us up to US.

Limiting Behaviors

         People train themselves to accept mediocrity in life. When we feel bad, or something is not going our way, what do most people do? RATIONALIZE. Make an excuse as to why it is not so bad and they train themselves to live and accept it. They try and make themselves feel better without having to change anything. Well if nothing changes, nothing changes. Change is the only constant in life.

         Then there is the famous quote we have all said before: Someday I will... make more money, have more free time, spend more quality time with my family, change this, do that. ENOUGH already! The road to someday leads to nowhere. People who succeed focus on how they will feel at the end of the process. People who never start look at what they have to go through to get there.

Solution

         Jeff believes the solution is YOU. If we have created the situation, problem, dream, belief or the behavior, we can succeed in the desired outcome. Even if we believe we have no control over a situation...it is only a belief. WE CLEARLY HAVE THE CHOICE. Nothing gets better until we admit it is wrong. If it is not at the level YOU want it, it is wrong. Once we have decided to take action, then it is time to coach.
