Jeff's Biography

            Jeff St. Laurent has a formula for change that he knows works! How? He has lived it. Once a shy, overweight young man, he was transformed through fitness and its power on the mind, body and spirit. Recognizing the difference it created in his own life, he wanted to share these revelations to empower others. In essence, he wanted to find a way to assist others in discovering their own unique formula for living a well-structured, purposeful and passionate life.

            He began his Fitness 3 Personal Training business during college and has since brought it to Nike World headquarters in Oregon, and Global Fitness Centers in Massachusetts. Jeff has a proven record of success within his Fitness 3 business. He has trained not only elite athletes, but inspired and educated sedentary people to make healthier choices and live healthier lives. Jeff's strength is his ability to encourage hundreds of people to create holistic and meaningful changes.

            His over twelve years of personal training experience also revealed, that when clients were not getting direct, personal and weekly encouragement from him, their motivation for honoring lifetime changes wasn't there. He wanted to find a way to empower people to change their lives in more permanent ways. For Jeff, he knew that the real formula for change must come from within. This thought was the impetus that took him to the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC.) Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, graduated from iPEC in NYC. Finally, he had the tools to help people look inside their hearts and mind to create the types of changes that are sustained. Sustained only because they use their own strengths and insights and are honoring their True Self.

            One conversation with Jeff will be enough for coaching clients to know they've discovered a genie of a coach. Jeff is inspiring, sensitive and insightful beyond words. His passion for assisting people is infectious and inspiring.
